Twenty miles north of Tucson, this unique casita is located on a small horse ranch nestled in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains, minutes away from world renound Miraval spa.  Offering a taste of ranch life, Casa de Caballo provides spectacular views of the mountains, the Sonoran desert and an abundance of birds and other native wild life.  Although secluded, it is just minutes away from excellent restaurants, shopping, and golf courses.  For the outdoor adventurer, there are also ATV and jeep roads, as well as outstanding hiking, moutain biking, road biking, and horseback riding trails.  Guests can relax on their private patio, watch an impressive array of birds, hike or horseback ride directly off the properly or participate in a variety of equine experiences with the hosts and resident horses.  Birding with an expert guide can be arranged on property or in the immediate environment.  Other attractions such as Catalina State Park, the BioSphere2, and Aravipa Canyon are a short drive away.
